Oracle de la Triade: Card Meanings and Interpretation

The Oracle de la Triade is a deck of 57 cards with a pure, elegant design. The colors are generally warm and quickly help you understand the card you’ve drawn. It leaves more room for the intuition of the person drawing the cards.

It’s one of my favorites, so I’m sharing it with you. However, I don’t publish the possible combinations between the cards, which are very numerous, and publishing them would not respect the work of D. Duplaa.

Oracle de la Triade Card Meanings

This oracle is made up of 57 cards:

1 – Alpha: the first card, it always announces a new beginning, a fresh start or a starting over. The period is not yet defined, meaning that the querent is only at the dawn of a new cycle in their life. They are not alone. People trust them. They have a role to play in this new situation. It’s a new chance given to the querent.
It therefore corresponds to the month of January. In terms of the body, Alpha refers to the head.
No combinations.

2 – Isolation: as this card suggests, the querent will go through a rather dark and difficult period. The querent will be alone to face the trials life puts before them. They can ask for help to overcome these obstacles on their path. It may be time to take stock in order to find a way out and to reflect on their situation.
It also symbolizes the month of February. In terms of the body, Isolation refers to the intestines, the nerves and the stomach.

3 – Delta: powers of clairvoyance may come through more strongly. The period is stable in every area. The querent is protected and rewarded for their efforts. No problem comes up, and the querent is appreciated. Positive feelings are present.
Delta corresponds to the month of March.

4 – Lie: as this card indicates, the Lie is not a good omen. Treachery, lies and hypocrisy are represented. The querent has people around them who are deliberately deceiving them. It’s time to sort through their relationships and adopt a much more wary attitude. The worst can be avoided by staying very vigilant. But the harm has been done where trust is concerned, and the friendship is in danger.
In terms of the body, the Lie symbolizes the tonsils.

5 – Water: the card of femininity and of woman. Relations are gentle. Everything goes well, everything is well managed. If there are problems, this card announces a clear improvement. Water invites the querent to show their feelings more.
In terms of the body, Water, which refers to femininity, therefore symbolizes the uterus.
Water corresponds to the month of May.

6 – Roots: family is honored. The past may resurface. The querent may receive help from their family: they turn toward others, who give back in kind. Not a cloud on the horizon. The foundations of the past are well built.
In terms of the body, Roots point to the bones, the joints or the neck.
Roots correspond to the month of June.

7 – Door: it means that a change is expected. To know whether it’s positive, pay attention to the surrounding cards. The querent needed a turning point in their life, a shake-up of events. A new cycle is taking shape.
In terms of the body, the Door symbolizes the lungs or the circulation processes.
The Door is the symbol of the month of July.

8 – Nadir: this card shows deep isolation, with consequences for the morale of the querent, who will go through a very dark period. The querent finds themselves alone with their problems. They feel they won’t get through it, so serious are the problems. The conflicts run deep. The querent is on the edge of the abyss.
In terms of the body, it’s about the brain and the genitals.
Nadir symbolizes the month of August.

9 – Wisdom: the past and past efforts are rewarded. The querent enters a period marked by harmony and stability. They’re careful and don’t act carelessly. A small improvement can be made. But all is already well.

10 – Success: one of the best cards in the Oracle de la Triade, announcing reward, completion, fulfillment, achievement. Everything the querent undertakes will be crowned with success. The querent is in fine form. The period is excellent.
Success symbolizes the month of October.

11 – Temptation: as its name suggests, this card is negative. The querent is going through a rough patch. Rivalry and temptations are present and could trap the querent. Be wary of friends, colleagues, even family. The person drawing the cards may be the victim of someone who considers them “in the way” of their plans. That person will trample over anything they can to get what they want. So the Oracle de la Triade calls for caution and wariness.
In terms of the body, Temptation symbolizes the bladder.

12 – Seal: the bonds still present become more and more important in the querent’s eyes. The group is present: if need be, the querent can ask for help, or for the opinions of different people, to move forward while keeping their free will. New projects may come to life. It’s time to think about the future.
In terms of the body, the Seal refers to the vascular system, the nerves and the ligaments.
The Seal refers to two possible months: December or March.

13 – Penance: this card is not a good omen, as its picture shows. The querent is entering a difficult period. They risk making mistakes, and a lack of motivation is present. They’re simply lost. It may be time to take stock to limit the damage. They need to look at things from another angle to find a way out of this rough patch.
In terms of the body, Penance refers to the back and the vertebrae.
Penance symbolizes the month of April.

14 – Man: naturally, as this card indicates, simple as it is, a man will have a role to play in the querent’s life. Whether in love (stronger bonds or a new romance), at work or elsewhere.
In terms of the body, it’s about the heart, the kidneys and the gallbladder.
The Man card refers to the month of May.

15 – Love: the querent lets themselves be guided by what they love. Their work is excellent because it’s driven by passion. They love what they do or the person they’re with. The heart guides them. Still, be careful not to be too naive.
In terms of the body, Love points to the heart and the blood system.
Love symbolizes the month of June.

16 – Mutation: an unexpected change may occur. Look at the surrounding cards to know whether this change is positive or not. Instability is less present. But generally, the upheaval foretold is positive, even if it may seem negative at first.
In terms of the body, it’s about the legs and the intestines.
Mutation refers to the month of July.

17 – Energy: instability may be present. The querent’s mind is elsewhere and they’re neglecting one area of their life. A lot of effort is asked of them to get back on track: financial gains may come of it, but at a price. The querent is motivated and ambitious, but makes sacrifices to get there, even though the people around them may not understand.
In terms of the body, Energy symbolizes the limbs and vital energy.
Energy refers to the month of August.

18 – Science: stability is present. No problems on the horizon. However, the querent may come across as rather distant or cold about the feelings they have.
In terms of the body, it’s about the psyche and memory.
Science indicates the month of September.

19 – Prayer: with this card comes a certain atmosphere of spirituality, calm and rest. The querent is a little in their own world: they want to go further, but will wait as long as necessary to bring their project to completion.
In terms of the body, Prayer indicates the knees, the neck and the cervical spine.
Prayer takes up the month of October.

20 – Error: as we can see, the tone of this card is negative. The querent has made many mistakes. Because of them, they’re paying a heavy price. The situation is marked by major instability. Projects can only fail. The atmosphere is heavy and oppressive. However negative the situation may be, the querent knows it wasn’t brought about by chance. It’s simply the accumulation of the faults and mistakes they’ve made.

21 – Blessing: trust is good and will have positive consequences in the future. The querent can bring to life a project dear to their heart. The situation can improve if they take advice from a third party who is a professional. The period is stable and promises good times ahead. The querent can rest easy.
In terms of the body, it’s the hands, the kidneys and the bladder that are concerned.
Blessing indicates the month of March.

22 – Choice: this card doesn’t need much explaining to be understood. As suggested, the querent is in an unstable period. To regain balance, they’ll have to make a difficult choice. But this choice is essential. They’ll have to stick to it and not turn back. Some risks may need to be taken, but it’s necessary.
In terms of the body, Choice indicates the gallbladder and the stomach.
Choice symbolizes the month of April.

23 – Peace: the period is positive. Everything moves at its own pace. The querent is intelligent and leads a balanced life, true to who they are. The querent may idealize things a little, but nothing serious. Everything goes well, in harmony.
In terms of the body, Peace symbolizes blood pressure, the heart and the lymph.
Peace indicates the month of May.

24 – Wealth: the querent’s life is full of events. Everything is going their way during this period. Everything is flourishing and abundant. The period favors money arriving unexpectedly (gambling wins).
In terms of the body, Wealth shows the mouth and the genitals.
Wealth is the sign of the month of June.

25 – Woman: just like the Man card, it shows that a woman will have a role to play in the querent’s life.
In terms of the body, Woman naturally relates to femininity: the menstrual cycle, the breasts, the uterus…
Woman shows the month of July.

26 – Ordeal: sacrifices must be made. There may be a blockage, delaying the querent’s projects. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. With this card, we know that big obstacles will have to be overcome. It will take strength, determination and courage to win through. Satisfaction won’t be immediate. Difficulties may be unexpected. But if the querent manages to overcome them, there’s no doubt they’ll come out of it stronger.
In terms of the body, Ordeal details the intestines, circulation and digestion.
Ordeal indicates the month of August.

27 – Doubt: the querent is going through a rough patch. They doubt, and their feelings are unclear. They no longer know what to do. This unstable moment for the querent isn’t meant to last. But it’s time to think about the situation and how they got here. Advice may be given: it’s up to the querent to know whether to follow it or not. The querent needs to change their attitude to turn the present situation around. Be careful not to make an irrevocable decision.
In terms of the body, Doubt is the symbol of the psyche and the nerves.

28 – Protection: the Gods are with the querent, or their lucky star is guiding them. If there are problems, the Protection card symbolizes a coming reconciliation. There’s nothing to fear: all is well. No area is in danger. The querent is protected.
In terms of the body, Protection corresponds to the arms.

29 – Elevation: everything moves in a positive direction and brings many increases into the querent’s life. Everything tends toward improvement and general growth. If there’s a problem, it’s quickly settled. Nothing to worry about. A good time for investments, which will prove fruitful.
In terms of the body, Elevation indicates the back, the spine, the legs, everything that bears weight.
Elevation points to the month of November.

30 – Forgiveness: the past resurfaces. The time of quarrels and arguments is coming to an end. Harmony is gently returning to the querent’s life. Past mistakes need to be moved beyond in order to get back to a more wholesome life. Don’t stay stuck in the past. What’s done is done.

31 – Order: a positive upheaval is gradually taking shape. In love, relationships become strong and could go far in the future. New responsibilities may be given to the querent.

32 – Illusion: the querent is at a dead end. Someone may be lying to them, or they may be burying their head in the sand to avoid facing reality. The Oracle de la Triade advises relying on dialogue to keep the situation from getting worse. The querent will take time to recover from this complex situation.

33 – Birth: this card is not to be taken literally but figuratively, because a new cycle awaits the querent. It can be just as positive as negative: judge from the surrounding cards. This card probably has a more romantic meaning, pointing either to a new encounter or to a wish for a child that could come true.
In terms of the body, Birth symbolizes everything to do with the feminine: mainly the uterus.
Birth points to the month of June.

34 – Initiation: the querent may be intelligent from an esoteric point of view. If the reading is about love, one partner idealizes the other, who seeks only perfection. Winning them over will take time.
In terms of the body, Initiation symbolizes the hands and the fingers.
Initiation points to the month of July.

35 – Necessity: an upheaval is gradually taking shape, with possible consequences for the querent’s personal life. There may be an unexpected problem, but the querent will deal with it calmly. In love, it’s either a breakup or a new relationship, with moving in together fairly quickly. Love has been idealized for many years.
In terms of the body, Necessity shows the nerves, the legs, circulation and breathing.

36 – Journey: communication is central in this card. A certain distance may develop between the querent and someone close to them. Watch out for reckless spending.

37 – Light: with a sun as its only decoration, this card has great power. It indicates that the querent will shine. They’ll be happy with what life offers them. Fame is coming: people will talk about them and the success they’ve achieved. This card has no other synonym than the word happiness!

38 – Weapon: the bright red of this card shows at once how negative its effect is. It’s about quarrels, power struggles, violent arguments leading to a disastrous end. Tensions are keenly felt. The situation is extremely negative. Conflicts are to be feared. Watch out for consequences that could prove unfortunate.
In terms of the body, the Weapon shows the mouth or the penis.
The Weapon points to the month of February or November.

39 – Message: this card has no particular difficulty when it comes to understanding it. Exchanges will take place in every area. Communication flows easily.
In terms of the body, the Message signifies intelligence, the lungs, and breathing too.
The Message points to the month of December or March.

40 – Misfortune: this card may frighten the querent at first sight. Its meaning is all the heavier. It’s about serious difficulties to overcome. A third party may step into your life, or at least it would be wise to call on one. Serious problems may arise. In a couple, there may be physical abuse. It’s the end of a period.
In terms of the body, Misfortune indicates the back and the bones.
Misfortune points to the month of April.

41 – Equity: well-being is invited in. No problems to note, quite the opposite. If the querent draws this card while they have a conflict to settle, there’s nothing to fear, quite the opposite. Everything will fall back into place. The querent will be recognized, listened to and appreciated at their true worth.

42 – Desert: this card can be linked to the Sterility card in the Belline Oracle. The period is dry. No help can be given. The querent is alone, face to face with themselves. A lack of feeling, or a dead end at work, makes this period difficult. You have to wait for the bad patch to pass: the situation probably isn’t meant to last.
In terms of the body, Desert symbolizes the skin.

43 – Key: the coming change is favorable. The change is positive. The querent gets what they want: nothing can stand in their way.
In terms of the body, the Key signifies the bones and the nervous system.
The Key points to the month of July.

44 – Lightning: past mistakes will come back and bring failure into the querent’s life. Problems become serious. They need to change their attitude and take stock. Nothing is going right. Everything the querent has built will be called into question. It’s the backlash.
In terms of the body, Lightning gives a clue about the spine and the head.
Lightning points to the month of August.

45 – Time: the querent doesn’t immediately get the reward for their efforts. The time of stability hasn’t arrived yet. They’ll have to be patient before getting satisfaction. The past may resurface along the way.

46 – Sacrifice: the querent isn’t fulfilled in the situation. They’ll have to set priorities and push themselves to get out of this dead end. Failure stands out, but the situation doesn’t seem meant to last, despite the heavy constraints weighing on the querent. It’s time to get moving, break the routine and look for a better future.

47 – Eternity: harmony is present. The querent can see far ahead. Luck is with them, allowing them to get what they want. The querent can feel satisfied with what they’ve undertaken. In case of difficulties, nothing to fear: a solution will come.

48 – Soul: nothing is impossible for the querent. However, they may have neglected certain areas of their life for a while, which will cause them a few worries. They’ll need to take stock while keeping in mind what they’re trying to achieve. In negotiations, an improvement may be expected. They need to listen to themselves.

49 – Adversary: without wanting to alarm the querent, someone may be playing tricks on them. Deceptions may be taking place behind their back without them realizing it. Great caution is called for.

Some soul-searching may help them tell good from bad and find what could bring a positive improvement to the situation. The querent is going around in circles. A change can happen if they make the effort. In case of a separation from a romantic partner, this card indicates the return of the loved one.

52 – Silence: there may be a lack of communication creating some misunderstandings. However, if the cards around Silence are positive, then it’s a reassuring situation, without any major problems.

53 – Meditation: loyalty comes through more strongly in this card. The querent is recognized for their values. They may wish for their situation to improve. A few difficulties may arise, but nothing serious.

54 – Death: an upheaval is expected. To know whether it will be positive or negative, it’s best to look at the surrounding cards. The querent wants to turn the page and start writing their story again. The querent no longer wants instability. So they try to change their present.

55 – Fusion: two rings intertwine. It’s about a group: the querent can call on third parties and will be heard. In a couple, feelings are sincere: both partners look toward the future, with possible plans for a baby. The people around the querent support them.

56 – Brother: it’s about friendship, or even family. The querent appreciates the people around them, who give back in kind. These people may offer them help. Nothing in particular to note.
