Yoga & Meditation Jewelry

Sitting in silence, eyes half closed, you end up hearing what the noise of the day was covering: yoga and meditation jewelry goes with that moment. A white with a bluish veil drifting through it, a blue veined with pale lines, a stone with no color at all: these are the colors of listening to yourself. Everyone finds something to lean on for their pauses, on a mat or between two appointments.

The Kinthia notebook

A stone, a style,
your story.

A few pointers to find what feels like you.

Meditating, listening to your intuition

Meditating takes nothing more than a little time and attention. Many people rely on an object to settle in: a mala you count through, a stone you look at, a piece of jewelry you touch before closing your eyes. Intuition is worked on the same way, by getting into the habit of listening to that quiet voice rather than silencing it. It’s an ability more than a gift, and anyone can develop it with practice.

Moonstone and its cycles

Beneath its milky white floats a bluish glow that moves with your hand. Moonstone is tied to cycles and intuition: following your impulses, opening a new chapter at your own pace. It suits anyone who meditates by the phases of the moon, or simply feels that everything moves in waves.

Sodalite and clear quartz

Sodalite, a deep blue crossed by white veins, goes with reflection. It’s kept for those who like to question things before deciding. Clear quartz, for its part, hides nothing: it acts as a witness to the intention set at the start of a session, so that it stays in mind once the session is over.

Malas, bracelets, and stones to display

A mala is used to count the repetitions of a mantra. A bracelet stays on during practice and recalls the intention afterward. A stone to display finds its place near the mat or on a nightstand. As a gift, color comes first: the one that reflects the person. The shape will follow their practice.
