Shipping information

  • Shipping is available to the following areas: France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Greece, Poland, the United States and the United Kingdom.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email for every order, followed by a second email with the shipping details and the tracking number.
  • The choice of carrier, as well as the shipping cost, depends on the weight, volume, destination and amount of the order.

Shipping times

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery time: 9 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • The total time to receive your order is between 10 and 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Note: some orders with several items may be shipped separately depending on product availability.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is free from 2 items in the same order.
  • Kinthia reserves the right to temporarily change or waive these costs without notice.
