The Kinthia collection

Citrine Jewelry

On some fall mornings, a low light gilds everything it touches, and that’s the light you find again in citrine jewelry. Its yellow, sometimes pale, sometimes warmer, always stays transparent, and brightens further when the stone moves. Citrine is tied to abundance, to the pleasure of enjoying what’s here while imagining what comes next.

your story.

A few pointers to find what feels like you.

The yellow of a transparent quartz

Citrine is a yellow quartz, from the palest to the deepest shade. Its name comes from the French word for lemon, a fruit whose color it sometimes shares. Transparent, it’s often worked as a domed cabochon or cut with facets, which multiply its glints. Its small inclusions, when it has any, give it character.

Abundance, willpower, imagination

Citrine, it’s said, brings together creativity and willpower, two qualities we often wrongly set against each other: one imagines, the other gets it done. Abundance is added to them, understood as the ability to see what you already have before chasing what’s missing. A stone for projects you want to see through.

Few pieces, all of them luminous

The selection is short but varied: rings where citrine sits at the center of an engraved setting, bracelets with round beads, and seven-color sets where its yellow takes the middle place, between the warm colors and the cool ones.

Pairing its yellow with purple or white

Its yellow goes well with the purple of amethyst, which echoes it, with white, which softens it, and with green aventurine. People like to give it for a launch, a new project, or a birthday in the depths of winter, when a little brightness is a welcome sight.
