The Kinthia collection
Struck with a mallet, a singing bowl holds its note long after the gesture, and this zen decor is after the same thing: a presence that lasts without making noise. Crystal points, rose quartz palm stones, little stone elephants, and cutout wooden motifs are waiting for their spot. Enough to put together a calm corner, on a windowsill or a nightstand.
The Kinthia notebook
A few pointers to find what feels like you.
Points, cut as prisms, stand upright. Palm stones, polished and rounded, fit in the hand and slip into a pocket. Some gift sets gather seven tumbled stones, one for each chakra color, or seven small points. Rose quartz and amethyst are the most common, followed by obsidian and tiger’s eye.
The singing bowls on this page are made of a seven-metal alloy, following Himalayan tradition. You sound them with a tap of the mallet, or by rubbing the mallet all around the rim until the tone rises and settles. Many people use them to open or close a moment of meditation.
The stone elephants recall Ganesha, the elephant-headed god who, in India, removes obstacles. An angel, a flower of life, a tree of life, or sacred geometry patterns round out the collection, engraved, cut out, or shaped in stone.
A palm stone on the bedside table, a point in the entryway, a singing bowl in the corner where you meditate: each object finds its place according to how you use it. Keychains, for their part, carry a small stone everywhere. These pieces also make lovely housewarming gifts.
